Q: Position: Sr. Architectural Designer

Job Duties: Prepare detailed architectural design drawings and master plans for residential, mixed use and hospitality projects, including design presentations, schematic design, design development, construction drawings/detailing, and construction admin by utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, and InDesign with fluency; incorporate sustainable design techniques tailored to site and project conditions; research and analyze all applicable and current zoning ordinances, building codes, accessibility codes and procedures required by the City Planning, Building, Utilities Departments, the Fire District, State, and Federal agencies; prepare submittals for planning and building permit applications; assist in reviewing projects under construction.
